Re-evaluate your life! Are you where you want to be? Are things hindering you? Do you want to change? After taking a look in the mirror, take some notes on what you see. Now, are you ready to make a change? Okay, remember no one is perfect, so we can always learn and grow. Maybe there are some weeds that need to be pulled up and thrown out. Maybe you need to plant some new stuff in your life. Don’t do it for your haters your family, or your friends, but get your life right for you and God. Whatever you do, do it as unto the Lord. Give it your best!
After all the stuff I been through, I know that it is by the grace and mercy of God that I’m making it. Thank God! Though I have had many sleepless nights, God has kept me going. I’ve cried and cried, yet I’m still here. I sought help, yet it seemed like no one understood my pain, yet some tried to use me while I was already down. I felt like I was going under, but God. Yes, God woke me up! He helped me see what I was too blind to see. He gave me insight! If can’t nobody do it, God can! You might go through your season of trials and tribulationsfor a long time, but have faith and you will come out! Don’t stop calling on him! He will make a way!
Rise up and know what’s coming at you. Rise up and understand that it’s a game of the enemy to destroy you. When you know that it is inconsistent, when you remember the game from the last time, when something don’t feel right about the charm, etc., rise up and wake up to the madness. Wake up from the gaslighting, manipulation, future faking, and empty promises. The darts that are coming for you are trying to take you out, so be on guard, be vigilant, because he is ready to destroy. Rise up and know what is against you. Guard your heart! Don’t let them shoot the arrow at your head, bandage you up, then repeat. No, that is like picking you up and throwing you down over and over again. So again, I say rise up! The devil is playing this game, but it is time for you to say, no more. Rise up!
It stays between them. It shouldn’t be shared or else its betrayal. Now, this so true, but it can also be so wrong. He might tell her what goes on between them, stays between them even the abuse. He might tell her that she is running her mouth when she confides in counselors because of abuse. Well, the truth of the matter is that he just wants it to be swept under the rug time and time again. He doesn’t want to be exposed and he truly doesn’t want anyone to tell him that he was wrong. He wants his image to look real good.
When it comes to your health and your emotional well-being, it is not wrong to reach out to someone. It is not wrong to release or try to get some help. Many women want to be loyal and they don’t want to expose their man or relationship, which is understandable. They also don’t want him to get mad if he finds out that she spilled the beans. Now, some stuff is private, but other things, you just might need to get exposed and their is nothing wrong with getting help by doing such things as going to counseling or talking to someone you can trust. Now, take care of you. It can be hard in a toxic relationship, but don’t keep sweeping bad stuff under the rug, because soon that stuff just might break you.
When you are going through, people will condemn you. They will assume that they are helping you, but they are not. Don’t let anyone shake you up. People might say that you haven’t prayed enough or that you haven’t been in your Word enough. Now, if the truth be told, we gonna have trouble in our lives. The Bibles tells us to watch and pray. Does this mean that nothing won’t happen? No, of course not! We are watching because things will happen. The devil is on the prowl. He wants to destroy. The enemy will attack, and that’s why we must stay on guard. As Christians, will we will face trials and tribulations? Yes! Your salvation does not guarantee you a perfect and trouble free life. Hey, we will have tests. Now, when when we come out of the tests, we will have learned some things and grew, then we can help some people going through the same situation or issue.
Sometimes, you might have to cry. Sometimes, you might have to go through it for a long time. Sometimes, you will wonder why. Sometimes, people will say that you are going through because you are not doing something right. Don’t be Shaken! Cry out to God! Yes, it’s okay! When the righteous cry out to God, God hears them! Pray to God that He can send you someone to talk to who really understands. That makes all the difference. Don’t be Shaken by the naysers and the haters. Shake it off and press on!
