After All Of That

Sometimes when we are in a place of need, we search for help and get help where we can get it. Now, sometimes the help that we receive is no help at all. In fact, some people or stuff could even make our situation or issue worse. Of course, we need to be able to get help from others, but we must be careful. Anyways, the issue or the situation that we are dealing with becomes so overwhelming that we just give up handling it on our own. We might confide in someone or go see someone, but have you ever reached out, then ended up with more problems.

Now, look at the story of the woman with the issue of blood. She suffered with her issue and when she sought for help, she suffered even more. She eventually got what she needed, but it wasn’t until she got close to Jesus. She didn’t become healed until she touched the hem of His garment.

There was power in Jesus and there still is. Sometimes the stuff or even people that we run to can make our problems worse. Getting close to Him by talking to Him, reading His Word, and praying will bless you. He will even direct you to someone whom you can trust. We just have to do things a little differently. That is, we can’t no longer lean on our own understanding, but in all our ways, we must acknowledge Him.

Now, even if we reached out to everyone else or something else and then turned to Jesus, well, let me tell you. He will still do it. Jesus will fix it. Yes, and after all that, He still loves you. He will still bless you. He didn’t forget about you.

God Bless You!
